When did the merger take place?
TruckersB2B and PDCA merged on 03/01/2011. The merger will enhance the benefits currently being offered to TCH / PDCA customers.
How will the merger affect me?
All TCH and PDCA customers will have access to the same PDCA benefits in addition to benefits and savings offered by TruckersB2B.
Who can I contact with questions or concerns regarding the PDCA / TruckersB2B merger?
Our customers are very important to us. PDCA/TCH customers can contact a representative with questions, comments, and/or concerns at 866-354-7322 between the hours of 8am - 5pm MST.

Have my PDCA benefits changed?
Yes, but only in the sense that they have just gotten better. All TCH and PDCA customers will have access to the same PDCA benefits in addition to the benefits and savings offered by TruckersB2B.
Will the PDCA National Tire Account program change?
No. TruckersB2B and PDCA customers will still have access to Michelin, Continental / General, Yokohama, Goodyear, and Double Coin national tire accounts. To request a quote or receive more information, please call 866-354-7322.
Will the way I purchase tires on the PDCA National Tire Account change?
No. The way you purchase tires will remain unchanged.
Will the Road Call Program change?
No. The PDCA Road Call Program will remain unchanged.
Will I still be eligible for fuel rebates?
Yes. The fuel rebate programs will remain unchanged.
In the past fuel rebates were credited to my TCH statement. Will this change?
Yes. Fuel and any other rebates you may qualify for (new International trucks, Castrol oil, etc.) will be sent to you in the form of a check and will no longer be credited to your TCH statement. You can typically expect payment within 45-60 days. Checks are cut the last week of the month and are sent out to members who qualify.
You will see a nominal check processing fee that will be deducted from your growing rebate check. If you do not earn a rebate check, you will not be charged a check processing fee in that given month. There is no fee to be a member of TruckersB2B/PDCA.
Can I continue to use my TCH card for the PDCA tire, fuel and road call programs?
Yes. In addition to the TCH card, customers will be able to use Fleet One, Comdata and EFS cards for the PDCA National Tire Account, PDCA Fuel Rebate and Road Call Programs.
Can I still use my TCH card at Boss Shops and Speedco locations for maintenance?
Yes.
Will my TCH transaction fees increase?
No. Your transaction fees will remain the same.
What will the name of the new company be?
Both brands will remain for a period of time, after which, PDCA will adopt the TruckersB2B brand.
