Nothing! Membership is currently available at no cost. While there is no cost to join, we do charge a $12 check processing fee when an actual rebate check is issued. This comes out of the rebate and not your pocket. We simply withhold $12 from your total rebate to help cover the costs of processing your information and mailing your rebate check. The fee is not cumulative, and you never owe TruckersB2B anything.
Owner operators and fleets with class 5 trucks or higher can join TruckersB2B.
We don’t exclude large fleets from joining TruckersB2B. However, our program is designed to bring volume buying power to small and medium sized trucking companies. Many times, larger fleets already have discounts in place and are not eligible for our savings programs.

Two ways: rebates and point of sale discounts. For our rebate programs, TruckersB2B receives your invoices or data, calculates your rebate amount and sends you a rebate check. You can get access to point of sale discounts from the TruckersB2B website and your DOT number.
No. TruckersB2B does not actually sell anything. You continue to buy and receive service from your local dealers, and we take care of the rest.
This question gets asked over and over and over again. You're thinking, "there's gotta be a catch, right?" Wrong. While we do charge our members a small check processing fee when an actual rebate check is issued, that is a only a small part of our business. We actually get paid by our vendor partners to market their products and services to you. Our vendors want to increase their market share, which is also the reason we don't offer every brand for every product. Large fleets buy from only one or two suppliers for any given product because they can negotiate better discounts. TruckersB2B has already negotiated these discounts for you. So the more you buy, the more you save. TruckersB2B vendor partners pay us a small commission for bringing your business to them.

Rebates and Check Processing

You can expect payment within 60 days from the date we receive your invoices. Checks are typically processed during the last week of each month, then mailed to our members.
We charge a $12 check processing fee when a rebate check is issued to cover the costs of processing your invoices/information and mailing your rebate check. The fee is taken out of your total rebate, not your pocket. It is not cumulative and you will never owe TruckersB2B.
TruckersB2B can reissue your check for a $25 check cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from your total rebate amount. If your rebate check needs to be reissued due to damage or wrongful contact information, we will reissue it at no charge. Simply resend your check to TruckersB2B at 9503 E. 33rd Street, Indianapolis, IN 46235, and we will take care of the rest.
If 60 days have passed since we received your invoices and you have not received your rebate check, please contact member services at 888.937.6334 or email memberservices@truckersb2b.com.

Member Accounts

It takes one business day to process your application and generate your member ID and password. Your member ID and password will be sent you via email and/or fax within one business day after your sign up date. If one business day has passed and you have not received your ID and password, please contact member services at (888) 937-6334 or email memberservices@truckersb2b.com.
If you forget your password, you can use our password reminder on the login page by entering your member ID. Your password will be sent to the email associated with your Member ID. If you don’t have an email address and/or forgot your Member ID, please contact member services at (888) 937-6334 or email memberservices@truckersb2b.com.
After logging into truckersb2b.com, you can view and edit your profile by clicking on your fleet name at the top of the page. We strongly encourage you to keep your profile up to date to ensure you’re getting the most out of your TruckersB2B membership.
Per security reasons, we require written or verbal requests to change a main contact name, company name and address on file. This prevents unwanted changes and ensures rebate checks are sent to the correct company at the correct address. To update this information, please contact member services at (888) 937-6334 or email memberservices@truckersb2b.com.
After logging into truckersb2b.com, to see your total savings-to-date and detailed rebate history, click on the total savings number next to your fleet name on the home page. You can also contact member services at (888) 937-6334 to obtain this information.
For programs requiring submitted invoices, simply email your attached invoice to rebates@truckersb2b.com in one of the following acceptable formats: PDF, TIFF, JPEG, JPG, PNG, BMP, or fax a copy of your invoice to (877) 902-1498. Invoices must be submitted within 60 days of purchase date. TruckersB2B will process your invoices and mail you a rebate check.
To ensure you’re receiving our communications, please add memberservices@truckersb2b.com to your safe senders list or address book. Please make sure your profile is updated with the correct email address and fax number. If you have accidentally opted out from receiving our communications, please call member services at (888) 937-6334 to opt back in.
